All first time clients will be required to complete a general registration form. At your initial consultation we can discuss your individual requirements, this may be carried out by phone.
A treatment will usually last for one hour although longer or shorter sessions are possible if more appropriate. In most cases a series of sessions are necessary to address a condition
successfully.
Both Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Therapy are gentle and non-invasive. In most cases, only certain areas of the body are worked on depending on the reason for your treatment.
If you have any of the following conditions, please contact me prior to booking an appointment:
- any infection. cold, flu, or fever
- heart problems
- thrombosis
Both treatments are safe to receive during pregnancy as long as there are no medical complications present and it may not be appropriate to receive treatment on some areas of the body.
